ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE
On the day of arrival your room is available from 3.00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, we cannot guarantee that your room is available, but our staff will do their outmost to hand over the room as soon as possible. If you are planning to arrive earlier than the official check-in time, please inform the hotel reservation staff in advance.
On the day of departure please vacate the room latest by 10.00 a.m. If you require late check-out, please contact reception. If the hotel occupancy rate is high, a surcharge may be applied for late check-out.

Start your day with a wealthy buffet breakfast from 7.30 a.m. until 10.00 a.m.
CHARGES TO YOUR ROOM
Consumption in the lobby bar and purchases in our gift shop can be charged to your room. Prior to your departure you are kindly requested to sign the confirmation of the charges. The hotel can pre-authorize the guest’s credit card for any charges incurred during the hotel stay. You can also pay the charges before your depurtare day during dinner time to avoid waiting in the queue.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
On the day of arrival we have your room prepared for you as of 3.00 p.m. If you arrive before the appointed time, it is possible that your room will not be ready yet. In other case you will be able to occupy your room as soon as it is ready. If you wish to arrive early, please let us know while making the reservation. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room until 10.00 a.m. If you require a late check-out, please contact our Front Desk in advance. Furthermore, if the occupancy of the hotel requires, a late check-out fee might be charged.

There is no daily cleaning in our hotel. If needed, you can require daily cleaning at the reception until 10:00 AM.

Buffet dinner is served in our restaurant in two turns: from 18:00 to 19:30 and from 19:30 to 21:00.

We serve different alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages every day of the week in our Drink Bar from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00. p.m.

The tap water is drinkable, however you can buy bottled still and sparkling water at the Drink Bar.
